Note (November 25, 2025): Ver. 1.0.3, an update to the game addressing this issue, will be scheduled before the start of Ranked Battles Season 3.

Players who experienced this issue during Ranked Battles Season 2 who were unable to obtain Delphoxite or Greninjite stones will be able to claim their rewards by accessing the Ranked Battles screen after the update is live.

We have confirmed and are investigating an issue in which players may be unable to claim the Mega Stone reward in Ranked Battles, even after reaching the rank required to receive it.

We apologize for this inconvenience. For those who have not been able to receive a Mega Stone reward they otherwise would have earned, we plan to implement measures for obtaining it in the future.

Once investigations are complete, we will provide details regarding corrective actions.
